That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy for eligible products, as long as the product is returned in its original condition.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:

• In its original condition

• Unused or not damaged by the customer

• In its original packaging whenever possible

• Returned with proof of purchase or order number

Returns or exchanges may be accepted in the following cases:

• The customer wishes to return the product within the 14-day return window

• The product arrived damaged or defective

• The customer received the wrong item

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Please note:
We are unable to approve return or exchange requests submitted after the 14-day window.

Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

2. Share your order number and the reason for your request.

3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

4. The returned product will be inspected once received.

Refunds & Fees

If the return is approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

• The product must be returned in its original condition.

• NUVE Fragrances reserves the right to reject any return request if the product is damaged, misused, heavily used, or not returned in an acceptable condition.
