We want you to love your purchase, but due to the nature of our products and in order to maintain fairness and quality standards, we have strict guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products.

Returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to damage or defects (such as change of mind or personal preference) are NOT permitted.

We are unable to approve any requests submitted after the 14-day window, even if the product would otherwise be eligible. Thank you for your understanding.

Return & Exchange Process

If your item meets the conditions above and qualifies for return or exchange:

  2. Share your order number and the reason for your request.
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.

Refunds & Fees

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • There are no additional fees for approved returns related to verified defects or damages.
